Getting started

Signing in

1. Open your EVA instance link in the browser (your administrator provides it).
2. Enter your username and password.
3. If your organization has two-factor (MFA) enabled, enter the code.

Requirements

• A modern browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox, latest version).
• Access to the corporate network or VPN, depending on your organization's setup.

The first screen

After signing in you'll see the NOC dashboard, with a summary of the current status. From the side menu you can move between Incidents, Alerts, Automations and Reports.

If you forgot your password, use the Forgot your password? option on the sign-in screen or contact your administrator.
