Getting started

Accessing the portal

1. Open the portal link in your browser.
2. Sign in with your corporate account via SSO (for example, Okta) if your organization uses it, or with your username and password.
3. If enabled, confirm two-factor (MFA).

Requirements

• A modern browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox).
• Credentials provided by your organization's administrator.

Navigation

The side menu takes you to Home, Inventory, Alerts, Reports and, if you're an administrator, Users.

If you can't sign in, check with your organization's administrator that your account is active and has the right permissions.
