Operational alerts
In Alerts you see operational notifications for your resources, in real time.
Severities
| Severity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Critical | Needs immediate attention |
| Warning | Situation to watch |
| Informational | For awareness only |
What you can do
- Filter by resource, severity or period.
- Open an alert to see its detail and history.
- Identify the affected resource and its current status.
Note: the portal shows alerts for your visibility. Incident management and resolution is handled by the E3 CreaTIC operations team according to your service agreement.
